Design Process

Phase 1 – Information Gathering

Our Interior Designer, Caroline, will come to your house or meet you at our Design Studio to talk about your vision and needs for the project, and will document and measure the existing space.

Phase 2 – Proposal

After meeting and discussing the scope of work, Sidney Enterprises will create a proposal outlining your design wishes and associated costs. Design services are based on an hourly fee.

Phase 3 – Design Plan

Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll begin creating the design plan, which may include the following services: floor plans, elevations, renderings, millwork drawings, and/or selections. The plan will then be reviewed for final changes.

Phase 4 – Execution

You’ll receive a final design plan at the end of our process. You can either use that to build it on your own, or Sidney Enterprises’ design/build team can take it from there and execute the plan from demo to completion.
