Phase 1 – Information Gathering
One of our interior designers will come to your house to talk about your project’s vision and needs. While there, they will document and measure the existing space and incorporate these into their initial planning.
If needed, you are welcome to come into our Design Studio for a consultation, and then when you’re ready, one of our designers will to your home to gather the needed measurements.
Phase 2 – Proposal
After meeting and discussing the scope of work, we will use your instructions to create a proposal outlining the project’s costs and associated timelines.
Additional design services are fee-based and billed by the hour. Inquire about rates and time-blocks.
Phase 3 – Design Plan
Once you’ve accepted the proposal, we’ll begin creating the design plan, which often includes services like floor plans, elevations, renderings, millwork drawings, and/or material and product selections.
Our team will review the final changes and submit them to you for your review.
If you wish, the design phase may be purchased separately.
Phase 4 – Preparation
Once the proposal is approved, and final selections have been made, we’ll define the details and record them in a selection sheet and contract. These documents will specify your fixtures, finishes, and construction requirements, showing the items and quantities that will be needed for the job.
Phase 5 – Execution
At the end of this process, you will receive a final design plan that we will ask you to approve. Once approved, we work with you to identify the best date to begin work.
After coordinated any required permits, engineering stamps, or inspections, the building phase begins. Before any work begins, we’ll discuss workflow, tool locations, staging areas, and schedules.
While in your home, and before leaving each night, our workspaces will be cleaned and kept behind plastic curtains.
When the project is nearing completion, we’ll schedule a final project review to go over any remaining details.
Once complete, all projects are backed by a one-year warranty
