Custom Home – Lake Holiday, VA

This house was built for a very lively fun client and her family to enjoy when they were visiting their son at Shenandoah University. She envisioned it being a gathering spot for their large Italian family to come together, so the focus was on creating an open plan with lots of room for cooking and lounging, and plenty of extra beds for overnight guests. Her style was a unique mix of things she called “Vivianna Style”-which meant mixing really modern with farmhouse rustic elements.
